Delivery of Information
All Data-Crédito Affiliates, who have signed an appropriate services contract, will be required to provide the accounts receivable of their clients a minimum of every 30 days.
Law 288-05, which regulates credit information businesses, Title IV, Chapter I, Article 30, Paragraph II:
"For purposes of protecting the Owner of the Information and promoting precision, truthfulness, and prompt and effective updating of the BIC Data Bases, the Data Providers must provide the BICs, at least once per month, the updated data on their Clients or Consumers, in such a way as to permit the correct and unequivocal identification, location, and description of the level of indebtedness of the owner at a particular moment. The BICs, within the thirty (30) days following the date of receipt of the information supplied by the Data Providers, must proceed to update their Data Base, diligently and effectively, excepting for cases of force majeur or impossible execution."
